Unexpected room challenges resolved

The hotel staff showed empathy and quickly addressed room issues. The final room was a gem, offering a splendid view and a much-needed sense of security.

Initially, the experience was rocky—freezing rooms and a strange smell made settling in difficult. I had to change rooms three times, which was frustrating.

A nice plus was that the staff was super helpful. They even moved our room to one with a better layout upon request, made a big difference! Also, the location was ideal, just steps from some great restaurants, we found this hidden gem Italian place next door that did amazing food!

It wasn't cheap, but for the most part it was acceptable.

my stay at hilton garden inn davis downtown was great! the location is perfect, just a short walk to local shops and eateries. the staff was super helpful, especially when they moved me to a much better room. it really made a difference! plus, the fitness center had a lot of clean equipment.
